About Me

My name is Leanne Esterly and I am stay-at-home/work-at-home mom of 2 children, ages 3 and 6. I started stamping in 2004 and have been addicted to both stamping and scrapbooking ever since. Crafts and design have always been a part of my life thanks to my Mom and it is so wonderful to have my creations here for you.

My Gramma had taught me to crochet when I was a girl and I just loved it! She tried to teach me how to knit, but that just didn't take. :) Just recently, I started making gifts for people and my passion for it was renewed. It means so much to me to know this art form and to be able to teach my children someday. They love to see what I create and are very helpful with designing new items. My oldest even gets out his blankets and asks me who had made each one. That is what it's all about... family history and creating for others out of love.

For 9 years I had worked for Pearson Education, Prentice Hall publishing. I loved putting together the designs and the copy to create files and templates that could be used to create a book. Within a few years, I was managing projects, testing new applications and databases and working with international vendors. I enjoy creating and editing all kinds of layout projects and it gives me such satisfaction to look at the finished product that I helped to create. It still amazes me that I can look at a textbook and think "I made this and kids are learning from it!" Soon, my own children may be learning from textbooks that I had a hand in creating.
